Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data ATX Digital collects, how we use it, how long we keep it and how you can have it deleted — including data we access through the Meta Platform.

Who we are

ATX Digital is a digital media company registered at 8 The Green, STE R, Dover, DE 19901, United States. We operate our own digital properties and an in-house platform that automates communication on Facebook Messenger and Instagram for the Pages our company administers.

This policy applies to this website and to that internal messaging platform. For privacy matters you can contact us at contact@atx-digital.com.

Use of the Meta Platform (Facebook, Messenger and Instagram)

ATX Digital uses the Meta Platform — including the Facebook Graph API, the Messenger Platform and the Instagram Messaging API — to operate the Facebook and Instagram Pages that our company owns or administers. We access these APIs solely with the permissions granted to our own Business Manager account and only for the Pages we administer.

We do not connect Pages belonging to third parties, and we do not act as a data processor for other companies. Our platform is used internally, for our own brands.

What data we access and collect

Through the Meta Platform, our messaging platform may access:

  • Messages exchanged between a person and one of the Pages we administer, on Messenger or Instagram Direct, including any attachments sent in that conversation.
  • Basic subscriber profile information made available by Meta when someone messages one of our Pages — such as name, profile picture, locale and time zone.
  • Comments and interactions left by people on posts published by the Pages we administer, so that our platform can respond to them.
  • Page content and metadata of the Pages we administer, such as posts, message threads and conversation metadata.
  • Opt-in status — whether a person has agreed to receive follow-up messages from a given Page, and whether they have later opted out.

Through this website, we may also collect:

  • Standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type and pages visited, through analytics tools.
  • Any information you voluntarily send us by email.

Why we use this data

We use the data described above exclusively to:

  • Automate and operate customer communication for the Facebook and Instagram Pages that ATX Digital administers — replying to messages and comments, running conversation flows and routing complex cases to our team.
  • Send follow-up sequences and utility notifications (such as confirmations and status updates) to people who have opted in, using message templates approved by Meta and within Meta's messaging policies.
  • Maintain the context of an ongoing conversation so a person does not have to repeat themselves.
  • Understand response times and conversation volume in aggregate, in order to improve the quality of our support.
  • Operate, secure and improve this website and our digital properties.

We do not use messaging data for advertising targeting, and we do not use it to build profiles unrelated to the support we provide.

We do not sell or share your data

ATX Digital does not sell, rent or trade personal data, and does not share it with third parties for their own purposes.

Data is accessible only to authorised ATX Digital personnel who need it to operate our Pages, and to the infrastructure providers that host our platform (for example, cloud hosting and database providers), which process data strictly on our instructions and under contractual confidentiality obligations.

We may disclose data only where required by law, valid legal process, or to protect our rights, safety or property.

Data retention and deletion

We keep conversation data and basic subscriber profile information only for as long as it is needed to provide continuity of support for the Page in question, and for a maximum of 24 months after the last interaction, unless a longer period is required by law. After that period, the data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

Website analytics data is retained in aggregate form for up to 26 months.

How to request deletion. You may ask us at any time to delete the data associated with you by writing to contact@atx-digital.com from the email address you use, or by sending a message containing the word DELETE to the Page you interacted with on Messenger or Instagram. We process deletion requests within 30 days and confirm once the deletion is complete. You can also stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP in the conversation.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent for messages you opted in to. To exercise any of these rights, contact contact@atx-digital.com. We do not charge for these requests and we do not discriminate against anyone who makes one.

Data security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction — including encryption in transit, access controls limited to the personnel who need them, and periodic review of the permissions granted to our applications.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site functioning and to understand aggregate traffic patterns. Our digital properties may also display advertising served through Google AdSense, which uses cookies to serve ads. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, though some parts of the site may then not work as intended.

Children

Our website and our Pages are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Compliance with Meta's policies

ATX Digital's use of information received from the Meta Platform adheres to the Meta Platform Terms, the Developer Policies and all applicable Meta messaging policies, including limits on promotional messaging, the 24-hour standard messaging window and the approved use of message templates. We use the data only for the purposes described in this policy and retain it no longer than necessary.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our operation or in applicable requirements. The date at the top of this page always indicates the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
